My best would be arms/biceps... Worst is calves because I got fucked over with genetics.

When I first started lifting I was one of those guys who skipped legs, but even now after doing a lot of leg work, my quads are alright at best, but my calves are fucking puny and to make it worse I have tiny ankles

I'm in the same boat. Fucking chicken calves m8, I always beat the shit out of them, mix exercises up a bit and the fuckers just refuse to grow.

Time under tension works calves best, but even then you gotta go heavy.

They look even smaller from the side, but this pic is from yesterday. I think we're fucked bro, I'm currently trying jumproping cause ive heard it helps but I guess we'll see.

Maybe stop doing upper leg workouts it looks really disproportionate, or maybe try stretching your gastrocnemius more

My calves and quads had nice development before I even started lifting somehow.
My pecs are barely even there, but I don't care about pecs that much.
I can't wait for my arms and shoulders to be more developed.

Never had any leg definition. Chest is weird because of nipple location and insertions. And to top it all off, asymmetric lats.
