Protein shake for lunch

Gonna order Kung Pao lamb and green onion pancakes for the walking dead finale

just finished eating pic related, a slice of pound cake and a couple of pecan cookies

Breakfast : 1x scramble egg, some salmon and an English Muffin.
Lunch : Protein shake with some berries and fruit.
Dinner : Pic related

Had a bad crave for Japanese cuisine today.

Nothing. I drank 4 glasses of water when I woke up.

Intermittent fasting, so I can have a large supper later, approx 1400-1600 calories.

I didn't eat until dinner because I was a bit hungover,
I was bad at dinner though. My mom's husband BBQ'd and I pigged out. Dieting is hard when I'm surrounded by temptation and I'm weak.

Quick food advice before I run to the store -

I used to eat greek yogurt a lot but got tired of it.
The other day I saw a parfait and it looked good so I thought about adding granola to the yogurt and starting to eat it again.
Is granola healthy? What kind should I buy?

First meal was soy protein and some brazil nuts
Second was eggs and some vegetables

Fasting on 1200 calories gets easier and easier the more I do it, definitely worth it for the fat loss.

Having this with a english muffin(150cal 8g protein) and some american style mustard is some seriously godly snack.

Mix it in with chocolate brownie milk(300cal 23g protein per 500ml) and I'm one happy cunt.

I'm actually thinking of just eating that instead of having pork chops with some mexican on the side.

I average 8 slices a day with margarin and shit on it.

Multivitamin, zinc, d3, a couple grams of fish oil, 4 scoops of unflavored whey protein and water. Less than 400 calories and over 100g of protein. I'll probably eat a can of tuna with some fiber pills and broccoli for dinner.
