Kegel Excercises
just started again last night, thanks for the reminder.
did it for a week a month ago and my erection was already getting harder but life got in the way and I forgot to keep it up.
Doing my sets now. What routine do you guys use?

I use to doing clenches whenever but as it ends up you almost certainly will forget sometime
so I started getting into a routine of doing it in the metro while standing up
wasn't getting that much increase at all afterall, so I'm trying doing longer/harder presses up to 5 seconds before releasing it
after a week I could feel the muscle hurting, but the thing is, I know of no way to measuring your kegel strenght
I'm really new to them to be honest but standing is the only way I can feel it atm, and I have to put my finger against my perineum while I get used to it. Also my abs tend to contract when I hold it but I don't think this is a problem and lets me get it to 8 seconds or so before I release
I'm thinking of doing them every time I brush my teeth, which guarantees twice a day workout

anyway I don't think you need to hold it that long, first doing a few secs and several reps
then increasing the pressing time as you get stronger
but then again, I don't really know how you can measure if the muscle is strong enough or not

What is a kegel exercise?
I dunno, most of my pics are vidya/anime shit and I haven't been to Veeky Forums for a while so just picked what was most appropriate. Yeah i think it's like a plank where time is the metric for strength, and of course the benefits that it yields.
google it for a proper explanation, but it's essentially an exercise to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. it's meant to give you harder and better boners, more control during sex, shoot loads further,less chance to piss your pants as an old man etc.
