Post your symmetry

ITT: post your symmetry(Symmetricstrength.com).

Lmao at my imbalance, seems like a 75kg bench, 110kg squat and 165kg deadlift is not really symmetric. Gotta work on my bench i guess

do u guys type your age?

...

Yeah i did, I don't know if it matters tho

what happen guys?

kind of imbalanced...

at least i left novice behind

ESTIMATED ONE REP MAXES
Back Squat: 128 kg[Intermediate]
Bench Press: 105 kg[Proficient]
Overhead Press: 80 kg[Advanced]
Chin-up: 26 kg added[Intermediate]

Makes sense. I have huge chest and shoulders and arms.

6'0" 250lbs

Bench 225 for reps
Incline bench 225 for reps
DL 305 for reps
Ohp 105 for reps
3 pull-ups at 250lbs body weight
Front squat 135 for reps

it kinda changes what you are categorized as if i write 10 years old i would be world class and i write 20 i will be intermediate

Thunder thigh boys

Finally moved out of the blue chest. Still have no arms though

how long and how did you train to get out of it?

What lift adds calves?

>tfw balanced

If I input my dips and pullups as well when I'm a novice in a few areas so I left them out to make myself look better to strangers on the internet

startingstrength.jpg

at least no one can tell under my fat, right?

all novice, bench lagging behind 12% at 60kgx5

If I add my max dips and pullups I become an SS victim

pic related

A long time because i mainly trained like a powerlifter, with lots of focus on deads and squats. If you want to improve your bench then bench more, SS and other low rep routines will only get you so far.

At least that was true for me, once I switched to a split routine I blasted past 225 bench, which was one of my long term gym goals

Genetics

OP here, how often did you bench per week?
I'm currently training with 5/3/1 and making some gains on dead and squat, but not on bench. Seems like i have the same struggle as you did in the beginning

...

...

>those pendlay row numbers

According to this shit I'm almost at world class, this site is retarded.

you sure you using kg instead of pounds?
also, what is your row?

100kg+ for 8 the last time I did them.

tfw unironically pink.

I'm here for the culture and great cooking recipes

173 cm
73 kg
22 yo

My pendlays score weird as fuck as well. I do my last set as AMRAP so that might skew the stat a bit.

This is me when I leave it dips/pullups. When I put those two in, my back goes a lot bluer.

>symmetry score of 93
I think I'm doing pretty well desu.

25 yrs. 181 lbs. 5'9".
Bench 260x4
OHP 170x4
Deadlift 435x8
Squat 430x4.

Redoing my maxes in May. Benching twice a week to get out of Trex mode. Bench has increased by about 25-30 pounds since December.

I did SS then 5/3/1 include some bench in your accesory days. I then moved to a program where i was benching 3 times a week

Probably should have listed my stats too.
22 y.o, 167lbs, 5'11, in 1 month I'll have been lifting for 2 years now.

>tfw novice everywhere except shoulders
>tfw shoulders are 'untrained'

fucking hell OHP is suffering

Post pic? Curious to see what you look like.

When will I get out of dyel mode?

Back Squat: 165 kg[Proficient]
Deadlift: 197.5 kg[Advanced]
Bench Press: 102.5 kg[Intermediate]
Overhead Press: 60 kg[Intermediate]
Chin-up: 40 kg added[Proficient]

Here's my arm some user fixed in that arm thread a few days ago. Want to say I'm

Can you do a bit better on the pic?

Won't be home for another 6 hours, I don't have anything else on my phone but sure.

Pendlay row is actually 1 pound off proficient and it's been bothering me all week. Fixing it tomorrow

>back squat: 155 kg
>Deadlift: 185 kg
>Dip: +60 kg
>OHP: 70 kg
>Chinup: 50 kg

77 kg bw, 25 yrs, 6'0
symmetry score: 88

strategic covering of my intermediate front and side delts
get at me

Cleans

can't squat because bad knee bench bro reporting in

focus on pull ups as well. helped my bench quite a bit

18 years old, 130 lbs 5'8

Just started lifting 2 weeks ago. I'm spooky skelly still.

>advanced with a 3plate squat one rep max
lel

idk what to think

>5'8 130lbs
>315lb squat, 310lb dead, and 170lb pendlay

I'll take things that never happened for $500, Alex.

>inb4 .5% bodyfat

>fell for the 'show me your six pack, user!' threads

what's your pull up?

A lot of obvious estatting in any progress thread on Veeky Forums

9 reps + 30kg

Those aren't actually my 1 rm though

Are you sure you are hitting depth on squats? Either that or are you holding back on deadlifts

i have been lifting for 3 years and my problem is that i don't eat enough. I also pulled a muscle below my scapula so my lead lifts lowered.

Mirin

That's roughly 65-70lbs? Nice, I can only do 6@70lbs added. I love weighted pullups too, dunno why others don't do them.

wow. seriously mirin

175cm 72.5kg
Squat 120x5
Bench 87.5x5
Deadlift 140x5
OHP 60x5
Chinups +27.5x5

Never used that website before but it confirmed my suspicions

>i have been lifting for 3 years
>5'8
>130lbs
Okay now I know this is bait

SS, then TM, I presume

Nope I do my own program. I do a few heavy PL movements, a lot of hypertrophy, stability/endurance, and cardio and calisthenics. MILfag so I train for that.

Just hit lmao2plate squat today after 9 months
