Start lifting weights like you fucking mean it; you'll continue to drop fat as you get stronger, but you'll be adding muscle as well

don't confuse being skinny fat with 0 muscles and only fat belly that won't go away unless you become holocaust survivor with being fat.

if you are skinny fat you should lift and gain some muscle and you will see much better results than cutting yourself to death. if you gain muscle that fat will spread out and will slowly go away.

stop cutting, eat at 200-300 over your tdee and go on a proper routine that has compounds and some accessories to build muscle.

2 years ago I could do about 10 pullups overhand/underhand.

I had a break from all training because of injury and resumed weight training just recently.

2 weeks ago I could not do a single pullup when I tried. Now I can do 2 in a row and I only train for them like 4 minutes a day.
Every morning walk there is a metal bar in a park I walk by. I just started hanging there for few minutes every day, then trying to pull myself up. I´ve literally seen every day improvement.

This sounds like me. Cutting from 205 at 6'. At 172 now. Looking more athletic and slight abs showing but don't think I will be lean till way lower. All.my lifts has long stalled at baby weights. Give up? Bulk and better luck next year for beach body?

It sounds like your regimen is garbage.

If you're not making gains that is indicative of poor programming, laziness in the gym, or poor diet. Could be more than one, they're not mutually exclusive.

Spend less energy feeling sorry for yourself/whining, and more on improving your routine and work ethic.

Depends on what you want. You will get lean eventually if you keep going. You are probably comparing yourself to the wrong people. If you're thinking you're going to be 170 - 190lbs shredded like a fucking lettuce and your lifts are sub 1/2/3/4 then you're delusional.

You'd be more likely ripped around 155 - 165. You'd look good on the beach compared to the normie shits and probably get mired a little but if you want to be fawkin zeez bruh you need to have the muscle mass before you get completely shredded. So getting to 8% bodyfat before you have the muscle mass is just a waste of time really.

Dude im 191 5'8 and 1 month ago it was impossible to make a push up now i can do 20 in a row, and i can do some pull ups too, and i only have 60lbs to do squats and deadlifts, Just train harder you have a gym for train, Just eat well and train hard

the lighter you are the easier it is to do bw exercises

Yea i know but if i only do diet when im losing weight i couldnt even do a push up atm, i do weights 3 times per week, now i have strength to do some exersises, im down from 220 to 191 and i still have to lose a another 30 atleast and i know its going to be easier to do more pull/push ups but even if you are skinny fat, and no str, you cant do even one

Damn, somewhat similar situation. I went from 5'10 193 to 166 in about 5 months, took way too long desu. Still weak af and fat, started 1k deficit to just get rid of the last fat. Keeping my protein intake high to keep some strength, so far so good.

stop reducing your caloric deficit and just eat nothing that contains added sugar. if you just cut for a long time, hunger hormone(s) increase(s) and the weight loss will never be long term. instead of cutting your caloric intake, avoid all kinds of added/refined sugar, eat healthily. you might consider switching to intermittent fasting, this way it's easier to avoid sugar. and stop complaining about it not working for you, and start working for it
