it ONLY works for girly men, not for men, and not for girls. if you are a girly man and your testosterone levels drop significantly after a fap then it will do something for you.

Sex and masturbation in males tends to lower Testosterone levels while Estrogen levels are consistent or slightly increasing.
Sex and masturbation in females tends to lower Estrogen levels while raising Testosterone levels.
I forget the effects of Estrogen on the human brain but it doesn't make you more outgoing or aggressive.
From an evolutionary perspective it makes sense as having males fuck themselves to exhaustion isn't particularly viable but having a female with regular sexual contact increasing her willingness to have sex more does lead to higher rates of fertilization.
So yes it does work, but not in the same way it does for men.
