I feel like I'm getting up too early for 8am gym. At the same time, I can barely eat when I wake up and just the oatmeal fills me up to the point where I have to wait it off before going to the gym. The fact that I have to be asleep by 10pm for 8hrs of sleep is really cutting into my daily hours for other stuff that I need to be doing

How do you meditate right after getting up without falling asleep again. I tried this for a few days and basically failed every time. I really need to get my body going first before doing this and then I'm already out of time.

Not him but, go take a seat some other place then your bed. If that's not enough ,go take a piss/brush your teeth before meditating. A couple minutes of exposure to the outside of your comfy bed should shock your body enough to keep you conscious for the next 10 min of still sitting.

I always find it easier to eat a protein shake in the morning. Then eat solid food right after my lift. Just put oats in your shake for preworkout carbs?? Only problem is if you go straight from gym to work/class.

Usually my apetite in the morging depends on my dinner. If I had only some curd before bed, I can wolf down half a kg of oats for breakfast.

Every fucking morning, my phone rings, I wake up, I know I can stand up and start the day but I just stay in bed and try to rest for the maximum amount of time possible.

I have set 5 alarms so I don't fall asleep again each separated by ten minutes. And the last one is calculated so I have the exact right amount of time to wash my face and teeth, get dressed and go to work. Nothing else.

I need advices to change the way I am about this. Every morning I curse the world for forcing me to get out off bed. I hate it so much. I never eat anything in the morning. In 30 minutes, I go from my bed to my desk at work. It doesn't feel right.

I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
