We all know how hard it first is and we all have to get through it to better ourselves. At the end of the day this is a support general whose goal is to help and motivate the chubby channers who need it. Sweet potatoes are my favourite food but you can't pair them with as many things as white potatoes.

I'm not sure why the potato community is so divided on them, they're both delicious and deserve our love.

I just wanted to say I love you /fat/ and that thanks to you and the rest of Veeky Forums after two weeks I finally learned to function normally even when I feel hunger, and thanks to that I dropped my calorie intake to 2000 instead of suggested 2400 and I still feel great.

Unlike some people, I'm not completely anal about not having cheat days.

If it's your birthday or a holiday there is nothing wrong with eating a little more than usual. So long as it's not a common occurrence you'll be fine. Just have a little bit of everything and workout more the next week to balance everything out.

It was the first real thing I've felt losing weight. Yeah the people I see every day kind of noticed, or comment on it every now and then, but this was almost a complete stranger.

Went to a friend's bday party with people I havent seen in months. They noticed I had a way more defined jawline anf complimented me. Felt good.
