I'm 5'3. With my bone structure on top of it, lifting heavy comes pretty naturally. I've only been working out seriously since January and I've already started benching regular reps past two plates.

She's like 5'6 and they only have 2 kids - both daughters. They say they're not having any more. Hopefully they'll be at least 5'6 too and marry taller guys.
