Because you only feel hungry for a few hours and you get used to it very quickly, you don't have to do complex time consuming calculations on everything you eat which is hard to stick to, it's easy to do it for long periods of time, it's healthy and it genuinely works for losing weight because its so hard to go wrong on it.

Like i eat two meals a day, no snacks or anything, and i know neither of those meals is even over 1000calories so there's no possible way im getting my 2500 needed.

Because if you have no trouble fasting 16 hours you can eat pretty much like on a bulk the other 8 hours.

I can fit pizza/burger or other junk food everyday in my diet and still lose weight because IIFYM.

Skipping breakfast and snacks easily save me like 500-800 calories that I can 'put' into having a great dinner.

Is IF with paleo worth doing if I am bulking and not cutting?

I'm at 183lbs at 6'0 and doing Starting Strength. I like skipping breakfast and eating huge dinners. My priorities are in this order:

1. Strength
2. Hypertrophy
3. Not becoming too fat

(Until I finish SS, then I will go for hypertrophy).

How much slower will my bulking progress be if I do IF?

Why are you worried about cutting if you are bulking?
