I have a medical condition and managed to DL 4 pl8 after 2 years, but my bench is stuck at 185 though so I'm a shitter some some respects. Maybe your routine is shit like I said earlier.

What is your routine?
I am lifting since January (doing SS) and I went from 120 to 135 lbs by eating 3300-4000 calories a day and sleep about 8 hours and my stats are:
Squat: 212 lbs 3x5 (though I have to grind hard and my head is about to explode)
Bench: 160 lbs 3x5
OHP: 110 lbs 3x5
Deadlift: 242 lbs 1x5

I'm weak as hell, especially on squats and deads

Lifting ~5 years, 5'10" 170 lbs

PRs:
Bench 190x12 (est. max 265)
Press 120x9 (155)
Deadlift 305x6 (365)
Squat 225x8 (285 -- I know it's fucking pathetic)
Pullups 20xunweighted, +45lbs x 10

I just tell myself my stats are decent for my bodyweight and natty status (except squats... fucking embarassing). I have a small frame, tiny wrists, hands and feet, and very temperamental, injury prone back, shoulders and wrists. It's real sad.

Oh well, at least I look decent.

just gonna cut down to as low a bodyfat% as i can without pinning, i've come to accept life as a weakfag. rather be a skinny weakfag than a fat weakfag, i guess

Have very similar stats to you OP, after about the same amount of time.

When I do train I go at it pretty hard and serious, but every winter when the sun starts setting at 2pm and its minus 20 C outside i lose all will to go outside and become kinda depressed, and subsequently lose all my progress.

Have you tried taking vitamin D supplements? Its lack could maybe be the reason for the depression?

Or maybe not living in an Arctic shithole?

Started lifting about two years ago, got my squat/bench/dead 5RMs up to 110/65/130 kg.

Then broke my hand twice, half a year apart, didn't lift at all for a year. Just started again. Now I'm at 80/55/90 kg. Feelsbadman.

11 months in and

completely failed to achieve 1/2/3/4

How the fuck can you ohp 90 but only bench 115? Are you flat benching?

dips and chinups: probably around 15 in one go if not very tired
pullups: around 5 having done compounds before, maybe 3 or 4 more if fresh

stronger than op but basically lift 5 years for 1 year stats. you have no idea how emotionally painful it is to bulk with proper preoteins and sleep/routine just to have to deload every fucking week

Your deadlift should be higher than your squat. Are you squatting to depth?
