Full body tabata circuits till I can't move.
Hardcore 50 yard sprints for thirty minutes with less then 30 seconds of rest between each sprint.
Haven't been able to do the last one because I completely destroyed my knee as a kid.

Over head press or front squat, partly because the front squat was so hard for me to learn and I had to give up on it a couple times.

Deadlift, just something classic about picking a heavy ass weight up and putting it down.

Overhead Press, sure it leaves a nice shoulder pump but I suck at doing the movements and always hurt my shoulder somehow.
