Might sound pretty bro-tastic, but I love repping out 225lbs on push/chest day. It's a good time.

There is no reason to be alive if you can't do deadlift.

Hardcore 50 yard sprints for thirty minutes with less then 30 seconds of rest between each sprint.

Haven't been able to do the last one because I completely destroyed my knee as a kid.

Over head press or front squat, partly because the front squat was so hard for me to learn and I had to give up on it a couple times.

Deadlift is the answer of men. Getting to the top with heavy weight is a similar feeling to Cumming on a girls face.
