I've lately made a point to wake up earlier than normal before work and make a heartier breakfast. It's kind of fucking surreal, I haven't watched cartoons in the morning while eating breakfast since I was in high school like 10 years ago. Comfy feels.

Anyways I usually bake am something like 12 oz of seasoned chicken breast, cut it in half, make two chicken tacos (the legit small sized white corn tacos, not the large flour ones). Dat dere chikky keeps me full like nothing else.

Usually carbs, like oats or some black bread and sometimes a bit of protein, like eggs or beans. I fucking love baked beans for the first breakfast.
For the second breakfast a sandwich and a bar of something. I found these fiber bars with fruit a while ago. Kick ass. Especially cherry.

Baked egg cups (basically baked eggs in muffin tins), oatmeal muffins (Literally oatmeal, egg, and blueberries), and sometimes just a protein shake if i don't have an appetite.

I only bacon and sausage on Sundays as a treat my bromate. But fair enough, I'll add some lean protein in the mornings and see what that does.
