Routine: Currently Madcow 5x5, but I did Upper/Lower for a long time before this
Diet: high protein, no junk food whatsoever, limit drinking to twice a week max

For cutting I advise you to drink a lot of water, it makes you look leaner for some reason (probably water retention) especially in the face.

i feel the need to hit an arbitrary number before i cut. for ex im 160, and would rather bulk to 166 167 over the next 3 months then cut to like 157 instead of cut to 150 now cause i feel like thats too small for my height (5'8)

you can do that too. you look pretty big from the back though. how's your chest? I feel like you need better shoulder development. maybe focus on your bench until you're 167. bench 2-3 times a week.
