I need a quick rundown on supplements. Which definitely work, which supposedly work, and which are definitely bogus.
I currently take every day
4 large fish oils
2 l-arginine
1 zinc
1 b-complex

you just can't wrap your dense head around the idea that some people find it significantly easier to take supplements than eat a varied diet consisting of meals that take a lot of time and effort to prepare and are much more expensive at the same time, don't you
