Steroids will only make it far far worse - they will thicken out your waist, rob any oestrogenic fat placement you have and age your face.

What you want to do is lift and eat to gain weight, focus on deadlifts and leg exercises. You wont make much gain but some, legs can really give the illusion of curves.Then really it is about getting fat injections, they're pretty natural and no guy won't date you because of them despite what they say online.

Guys wil say "id never date a girl with surgery" but then in a heartbeat turn your natural self down for some 30F beauty. It will do wonders for your confidence more than anything and improve literally all areas of your life including career.

Also dress to suit your shape but that's obvious.

Breast implants can be done as autologous fat injections now, so nothing is technically fake. Although i think traditional implants have better shape and they are indistinguishable nowadays.
Choice is probably dependent on whether you can go up much size with injections alone. Breasts are absolutely necessary for balancing the body and just an important as building an ass. However you cant be very thin when you have them or else the skin will have no elasticity and they will be clearly fake, so you'd need to have some weight. Pay for a good surgeon with hundreds of past operations behind them so that you dont get caught having to go back and fix it.

As with anything like this id say follow the eating and exercise steps to get as good as you naturally can and then no-one can fault you for going further in other ways.

Same as anyone who jumps to steroids after being frustrated a year into lifting is awful and lazy and will invariably fail in their objective to be happy and attractive, you should get to your natural peak first. So i would say work on getting some good thighs in the gym first, its the one area girls can consistently make reall progress in the gym.
