I got breast implants last summer. Didn't want them to be too big (went from AA cup to a C/ small D) so it looks pretty natural. The surgery hurt like hell and was expensive but I'm really happy I got it done.

Meh I'm a small looking c cup. I really don't like how fake looks and find surgery for frivolous things like boobs to be a no. Although you naturally lose fat as you age, so maybe if i could just get a mild fat injection i might later on in life

I used to want them but realized that having back problems and major sagging after 30 isn't something I want. Sure they can look good with bras but after you take them off they flop, whereas small boobs kinda stay in relatively the same place.

My boobs are still big enough for me even after losing weight and gaining muscle. I wouldn't want to get implants, but I'd plan on getting a lift after I have a child + get fit again.

pointing slightly down = a tiny bit of sag

The closer they get to the crease of the breasts (pointing down) the saggier they are.
What most people think "sag" is is just natural hang, gravity is going to pull your tits down (if you have any that is :^) because they're attached to your chest and that mass has to go somewhere .

Look at Tessa Fowler's tits for example, her breasts are pretty much perfect (I use them the most as reference when I'm drawing tits)

You do make a good argument, however, skin becomes more elastic with age and saggage is just going to happen regardless (unless (possibly even more) cosmetic surgery is done but there are limitations to what the majority of doctors are willing to do). I mean, have you ever seen a woman past 50 or 60 with firm/non-saggy breasts that are 100% natural or don't require a lot of upkeeping? I highly doubt it.

I know that feel, mine were asymmetrical by a fair bit but went on birth control for a couple months and they grew in size and leveled out a bit better. Still not perfect but better than they were before.

How old are you, user? Breasts usually settle down with growing (unless pregnant) in the early to mid twenties. You might still have some time.

Of course a woman that's 50 or 60 isn't going to have perfect tits but they can get a breast lift if they for whatever reason want one now I don't know how good that's going to work or look but the option is there.

Literally just searched it up, its correct you can get "autologous fat injections" as breast augmentation now. She had hers done about 4 years ago so that might well be it seen as she paid a tonne.

I've always had self image problems and my thicc Amazon genes giving me thunder thighs has not helped; it makes the fact I have pretty small tits stick out, and losing weight only makes them smaller, but if someone DOES like the way I look I would rather they compliment the authentic me, which reassures me that don't need fake hair, tits, nails or anything else. This is why I don't ever photoshop my pics and wear minimal makeup if any, though I like playing with it for art's sake and people have a right to experiment with their look in whatever way makes them happy.

My shoulders and hips make me an hourglass, but at only a 30E, I don't quite fit the bill. I found wearing the right size and circles bra can really boost the appearance of your rack. I just assumed I was an A cup for years and experienced breast tissue migration, but after getting into the right size, I've felt a lot happier with the visible transformation and think lots of women contemplating a boob on might reconsider if they tried the same thing too. 80% of women are wearing the wrong size.

You are not a 30E if you were getting in A cups before. People might be wearing the wrong size but vanity sizing has gone the other way now and you see endless flat chested whales wearing 28H because it makes them feel better.
