i got fit

Guys respect me more, girls are more friendly and drunk girls become slutty around me but I'm still autistic and lonely on the inside even though I'm almost chad mode

i got a tad bigger, the autismo never goes away tho

I got all high and mighty on the topic of health and I might as well have a degree in broscience.

+ I get mired by chicks now and people are more friendly in general because my personality changed a bit too

Used to eat whatever whenever
>don't see food anymore just macros
>if I failed at something I wouldn't get upset
>miss a rep I get really butthurt
Spend hours talking to friends, going out and watching new shows
>on sheiko spending 3 hours in the gym feeling exhausted afterwards
Fall asleep when I was tired, sometimes less than 6 hours but that was okay
>get anything less than 8 hours I reeeeeeeeeeee because muh revocery

>feel more energetic and healthy
>more /mires/ by girls when I'm on a night out and fellow gymbros
>see eating almost purely as a source of nutrition, not pleasure
>more competitive (which is saying a lot)

mental gains

Was 5'11 265 at 17. By 18 I was 185. Only did cardio until I was 20, and college fucked my weight up a little bit (up to ~205, chubby but not fat.) Used to have long metal rocker hair, too. Got that cut at 21, started lifting semi-seriously. 27 now.

What's changed:
>Confidence- can talk to whoever I want without feeling like some kind of weird fatass monster that they tolerate
>fitness (duh). My hobbies are more physical, I go rock climbing twice a week and am really into hiking/mountaineering. Go to the work gym on my lunch break for an hour every day.
>Better at trying harder. Instead of giving up early on shit I try over and over until I'm good at it. Convinced this is what helped me get through college with good grades, and eventually get a pretty decent job.
-Negative: still petrified of having my shirt off due to stretch marks and some loose skin, hold me Veeky Forums

Oh, forgot to list current weight. 175 currently, also had some pretty drastic facial gainz which is pretty nice.

Everything here is true.
I also have way more energy and feel like I enjoy good food more. And I like the way I look naked or with my shirt off so that's how I am if I'm at home.

Yeah, I know. People very rarely ask me about them, and when they do they think it's from lifting hard. Overall I got no complaints.

Hang in there bruh. My face was round and fat as fuck and now it's all angular. Everyone's face looks better when they're fit.

Women are still non-virgin whores that I would never marry, and bros are still bros. Not much has changed tbqh.

Nothing really, my body looks nice now but I still have social anxiety

Started lifting at 15, weighed 80kg and was 175 cm tall. I was horribly skinnyfat, had litterally 0 muscle, lmao1bar 3x8 was all i could do. Quickly cut down to 55kg and got lean. Luckily i grew abit and am now just over manlet cutoff at 186cm. Am 23 now, have gotten back up to 80kg but very lean this time, almost always the leanest guy in the gym. Never taken a break from lifting.
Things ive noticed

>More respect from men
>complimented on my looks
>girls mire, especially when drunk in a group
>better quality of life
>not getting winded by every little movement
>obsessed with my looks so do have learned to take care of my face, skin and hair
>crippling fear of getting fat again so if i gain even the slightest amount of fat i panic and get rid of it
>most clothes are made for fat manlets and don't fit great, but the ones that do look great

That's good and all but im still awkward and autistic most of the time. Plus am more self councious about my little flaws.
All in all would recommend getting fit.
