Not squatting

>not squatting

...

err that descent doesn't look too healthy

did he died?

t. sub 3pl8 squatter

>stop deadlifting

correct

want to explain why it's NOT an unhealthy descent?

HAHAHAHHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HE DOWNLOADED A THUMBNAIL

Because his form doesnt break which allows for it
>inb4 bad for knees
his hips take the blunt of the impact in the bottom.

heh cheater bouncing that weight up
pffft

you mean brunt but we'll let that go

Before anyone tries to tell this guy he's dumb

The guy had to have a hip replacement a few years later

sorry me no native englando speaker

which led to him needing .... wait for it.......

HIP SURGERY

lmao

Err, not a replacement. Hip surgery.

He had a birth defect, he was back to squatting 300+ after that

Came here looking for Snap City

So close

i don't think divebombing 800lbs squats is a birth defect, maybe a brain defect

Sure he got back, but it's still far from ideal. Compare to the speed on WR squats, and see that it's quite a bit faster than most. It's even proven that too fast a decent causes more forces that have to be counteracted.

you might be right, but it allowed him to bounce faster out of the hole which probably gave him that lift desu. In the end he retired because he was done lifting, not because of injury. Quit being bitches.

>he retired because he was done lifting, not because of injury. Quit being bitches.
Well that's a fucking lie.
He quit becuase people are more concerned with the lift and not the longevity and life of the lifter.
That mindset is why america is a laughing stock when it comes to strength.

lol

The point is that overly relying on said bounce isn't optimal compared to simply having better technique, and increases your risk of injury. If you're injury-resistant you can probably get away with it for a long time, but it's a crutch technique-wise. One should aim for a decent that's fast enough for the stretch reflex and not one single bit faster.

Man you're right desu, he really should learn how to do this. btw can i see your tech? Ive always wanted to see prefect tech

>not realizing the N required to move resistance with bumpers and non bumpers is easier

he retired because he was caught cheating twice....

literally what?

>implying i need perfect technique myself to know it or recognize it
Go watch some more elite lifters.

Care to try rephrasing that?

he took HGH and was caught doping twice
that's why he retired

oh, i thought you meant he was caught cheating on his wife kek.

Regardless, injury was not the cause of his retirement.

Lol

>not using a belt
so why do people even use them if they clearly aren't necessary from a safety perspective
