Sure he got back, but it's still far from ideal. Compare to the speed on WR squats, and see that it's quite a bit faster than most. It's even proven that too fast a decent causes more forces that have to be counteracted.

you might be right, but it allowed him to bounce faster out of the hole which probably gave him that lift desu. In the end he retired because he was done lifting, not because of injury. Quit being bitches.
