A broken heart, really don't know how to fix it..

I haven't had a left hand pinky finger for a while and recently I've noticed my entire left arm lags behind my right. apparently your pinky is really important and it's killing my barbell training. Is there anything that can help?

I pulled something on the left side of my lower back getting off the floor while doing some diy and it hurt. Two days later my whole lower back is really stiff and sore, I have no mobility at all I can't bend at the waist, twist or squat. It wasn't spine related so what the hell have I done?
