maybe hit 1/2/3/4 first? although it would be fine to start now but your bench seems to be lacking slightly.
So I went to up my diddly to 120kg. The actual lifting was fine, however, my fingers just could not hold the bar for multiple reps. How do I get better grip?

is there a point where my heart rate will stop sinking? Even before lifting I had a rather low heartrate (50-60) with a 100/60 pressure, but now after a year of lifting+cardio im regularly down to the low 40s (with 115/70).
Subjectively i feel better with a higher heartrate, but i don't really want to take caffeine all the time, are there any alternatives?
