I would seriously recommend though, if you're not abstaining from hammie work for injury reasons, that you do both switching in and out. I'm a.big fan of all deadlift variations myself

Tbh i wouldnt be surprised if ipf started charging at some point, i wouldnt like for them to do it but the quality of their free streams are already so much better than the lolfeds so you could expect flawless streams if they charged
