That amount of kale for example is not worth bothering with.
If you are lifting, there will be no gains.
Put what you eat into myfitnesspal. Be interested to see the macros you get in a day.

You're just straight up eating a bell pepper? Not sauteing it, or cooking it with the chicken, you're just straight up noming on a raw bell pepper?

And you just eat lemon slices? First of all, sounds fucking horrible, second of all, its terrible for your teeth. How can you go from eating delicious mango to downing lemons?

On top of all this, the amount of kale you have is barely enough to be a garnish. Unless you're fat as shit, this is a terrible diet. Looks like you're getting maybe 400 calories per meal.

Typical day for me:
Breakfast: Oats, 2 hard boiled eggs and tomato, banana.
Lunch: Massive serving homemade soup and a banana.
Dinner: Chicken casserole, potatoes and at least 100g of green veg.
Snacks: Protein bar, oatcakes and peanut butter. 2x protein shakes.

Even this is below my maintenance, some days I get more but this is around 2300kcal. Always go above protein level though.

Raw peppers are OK. But I agree; fuck eating lemons.

Doing IF as well so this is the meal for the day, focused on cutting with a high protein diet. 5'9 190 pounds. Doing lifting during fasting period as well, then break the fast about an hour after.

You should be aiming for 30g of protein per meal minimum.

probably closer to 1/3 of a box of spagetti, cooked in butter and parmesan cheese, with garlic, oregano, basil, and parsley. pork chop was .5 lbs

I used to be fat and now regret not lifting before losing the weight.
Do you exercise? You probably won't have energy for much on that diet.

What I did was eat 3 clean whole meals per day. No snacking.
Cut out all refined sugars and zero junk food allowed user. Also lift if you don't already.

I pretty much dont do anything cause im constantly exhausted.

Shit ton of eggwhites and spinach with a little goat cheese and some strawberrues for breakfast. Lunch will be 2 cans of tuna with a lil light mayo and lots of hot sauce over lettuce. Dinner will be slow cooked, pulled chicken breast with grilled onions peppers and mushrooms.

Read the sticky famalam. This is basic knowledge.
You can't bulk if you're not eating over your tdee. Lifting is good for loosing and gaining weight because it burns cals either way. You need to run as well, it burns cals faster than lifting. However you still need to lift so your muscles don't atrophy, and so you're maximising the amount of cals you burn.
