>he doesn't do weighted dips
He doesn't do weighted dips
>he doesn't destroy his shoulders
>holy...look at his form lmao
i literally dont understand this. just dont be shrugged up and pull your shoulders back and your shoulders wont be involved at all.
>weighted dips
???
an alpha excersise. most people need assistor.
Is there a reason my right wrist always bends when doing dips but my left is fine?
No thanks, I still need my shoulders for OHP
Can weighted dips replace bench if you don't have a bench or barbell?
>mfw can't do 2 proper dips but can do 8 pullups with good form
JUST
idk ive never had this problem.
you could be shifting too much weight on your right side and have shit form.
my sternum cracks every time I even go half ROM
its extremely unnerving
>weighted dips
see
i think so. i heard of people doing that and getting a stronger bench.
Nigga, I cant do more than 5 normal dips. Fuck outta here with weighta
>he doesn't wear a lifting helmet to protect the cranium during routine
How old are you?

It's a meme you dip
Im currently at 115 added weight (175 bodyweight, 5'11) for 8 reps. Is this shit or reasonably strong? I see big guys struggling with assisted dips so I have zero gauge of where I'm at. Dips are pretty much my main pushing exercise at this point.
20
yeah that's strong
who is that semen demon
No idea
Not a bad problem to have. Most people are weaker in the back. Just work on dips.
According to symmetric strength, It's on the cusp of exceptional.
Cool thanks, guess I'll keep doing them. The only time I've been complimented at the gym was doing weighted dips
strong as fuck. I do 30kg (60lbs) for 15 reps, currently don't have a way of adding more weight than this, you are many magnitudes stronger than me
have fun tearing your sternum
