hips too low, lower back slightly rounded. you're probably too inflexible in the hamstrings and have dropped your hips down to make your back straighter.

I've been deadlifting for a little while (up to 3plate max) and have always had abominable form, but have never had any pain or problems other than reasonable lower erector spinae doms

His hips are literally too low for his build. His shoulders are behind the barbell, they should be directly over them. The barbell needs to go out and around for him to get to lockout, when it should just be straight up.

So when you drop your hips into position, you actually drop them too low.. They rise a little before your pull actually begins, which by itself isn't terrible, but you're probably losing tightness, which puts you in a weaker position. Also your knees look like they nearly lockout well before your hips come close to locking out, which turns it into a bit of a SLDL. If you think about pulling yourself into the barbell while it's on the floor, and driving the floor away from you as well as picking the barbell up, it should help you fix both problems.

Yeah I usually do it to try and stretch out the hamstrings a bit before the lift but I totally understand where your coming from I never noticed until you said. Fuck man my femurs are 32% of my body length. I never thought about how that might play into my deadlift. I know squats always felt like I was pushing my ass back into another time zone so I switched to wide leg stance for back and doing some front squats. Squats have always progressed much slower for me than ohp/bench/dead.
