Start taking ZMA for that low t

This is two years of strict and consistent lifting by the way.

Over for you.

It's low t

ZMA isn't going to do shit. I get enough minerals and vitamins from my diet already.

Unless you've been blood tested, you don't know shit. You look like fucking shit, sort your test out instead of writing help off because you think you know everything.

It's ok but you should have two days set up for pushing and pulling (or chest and back as I like to call them) to maximize each muscle group. So Monday think all chest and tris, try to get 2 or 3 workouts for those groups each and also an ab workout. On Tuesday, get 2 workouts for each section of the back (lower back, lats, rear delts, traps) and some abs. Add a bicep exercise if you want but not necessary since most back workouts focus on biceps too. Add legs to whichever day you have the least amount of exercises.

HIIT is ok but if you want real benefits out of it, aim for higher numbers. 10 minutes is a good time. I would also suggest doing traditional cardio as well maybe on your off days.

Am I being memed? Your diet is literally chicken, broccolli, eggs and cheese. There is no way you're getting enough minerals and vitamins

That's not my current diet. I haven't started it yet. I eat a wide variety of foods from different kinds of leafy greens, to mushrooms, carrots, tons of different meats, eggs, lentils, rice, beans, avocado etc...

There is definitely enough shit in what I currently and have been eating for the past 2 years.

>has shit body because low test
>ignores advice that would boost test to normal levels supported by scientific studies

You're dense and you deserve that saggy chest. I'm out. Saged.

So you're telling me if I take ZMA it will cure my low t?

If you think you have low T go to your fucking doctor and get a prescription. Get a referral to a specialist if you can. Low T is very unhealthy.
