I still haven't found a way to balance things like going out to eat with friends, my parents' cooking/baking, or parties involving food or alcohol

i remember when i was 13 and chubby i would buy a £1 bag of crispy m&ms, a £1 bag of tangfastics, a £1 bag of chili doritos, a £1 bar of galaxy cookie crunch, a tube of salt and vinegar pringles, a litre of chocolate frijj and a litre of dr pepper and get through all of it in about an hour

I go out and see people all the time, just because we go somewhere with food and alcohol doesn't mean I eat and drink.
Socializing doesn't involve either of those things, just be a normal fucking person and talk. Yeah people might be goblins at first but eventually they will catch on that saying dumb shit like "how come you never eat" or "why don't you ever drink" leads to boring conversation and they will stop asking.

from 15-18 i drank at least 2 liters of coke a day and i was fit as fuck.

35, feeling it. Not sure if I can ever eat a pizza again. Even if I cut out 90% of the grocery, I still gain weight. Now it's just boiled chicken and sardines, throw in a green and multigrain. 0%yoghurt, thats it

32 and not really having too many problems. Just lifting heavy and eating clean fixed a lot of shit for me so far. Dropped from 248 to 234 in about 8 weeks. Lifts have stayed the same from the beginning of the cut. Just tired as shit.

Fucking beer. Had a good workout today. Got my strength back from having a cold a couple weeks ago. Grabbed a six pack after workout and hit the woods to look for mushrooms. Drank all the beer and only found four mushrooms. O well got 23k steps today though

I am only 1 month in to keto and I honestly don't understand wtf I was doing before. Legit spniach and Eggs are miracle foods. I don't even feel empty after half a salad. I used to eat Pasta for days and feel constantly hungry. Not anymore. We all can make it lads.

Doesn't matter what is it: burger, indian, chinese, pizza. It's like they're all made from really crappy ingredients and my body undergoes an exaggerated inflammation process in response.

And don't get me started on the quality of our burger king/hungry jacks. It tastes like a cheap knockoff, when that shit is already pretty low quality to begin with. I swear canberra is like living in that netherworld in ubik where everything turns to ash
