I also work out twice a week, eat fairly clean and a lot of vegetables, including celery and cucumber, which is supposed to help increase your load. I have sex about twice a week, and jack off once or twice a week as well, but even when I go for 3 or 4 days without cumming it doesn't seem like my load is that big or shoots very far. Do I need to go longer inbetween ejaculations? Physical stats are 32 years old, 6'3", 200 lbs.
