What's your max facepull Veeky Forums? I managed a 42.5 lb facepull for 3 today

I just pull the whole stack of weight

I tridon't d doing a facepull but it seems hard to keep balance. Should the weight be enough that you couldn't fall down just by leaning backwards? Is it better to do sitting?

Hold the bar longer dumbass. When you're holding 300 lbs in your hands, that weight is trying to rip your arms out of your shoulders. If you can hold that position for 10-20 seconds, it's a great trap workout because they're the only muscles holding your arms onto your body at that point. If you remove the thumb from your grip, it's also stellar for forearm development.

I facepull 42.5 for 3 sets of 12 like 2 or 3 times per week
