1. There is no option on our register that would split the price, just get double chicken since the barbacoa is really fattening, but it's also really good.

I work at a store in Utah...so the options for drinks are very limited here, but in some other places we serve margaritas. We always have beers at any location.
One time a larger woman came in as asked for White Sauce on her burrito. It was sour cream...

It's a pet peeve that I'm sure a lot of cashiers have. I don't care that much other than eyeing up the person until they notice and awkwardly try to play it off.

A lot of comments we get from people that eat at barbacoa is that they don't like sweet meat.

We have a thing called a 3-pointer that is cheaper than burritos, which you can get anything count as 1 point (rice,beans,salsa.cheese). But when you add a Meat or Guac it's counted as 2 points

So a rice-chicken burrito is a 3 points, while Rice, beans and chicken is 4, and thus a burrito.

I see you are losing weight, I recommend avoiding Cheese, Sour cream, Guac (if you aren't ok with healthy fats) and tortillas/chips.

Rice and beans won't do much to ya, but if you are looking to get more bang from ya buck get a salad which gives a lot of lettuce and it auto comes with more chicken. The tortilla you are eating with a burrito isn't gonna make you cut faster.

Also just curious, do you go to Vasa/golds or something else around here?

Do people still unplug the fridges when they don't get their checks on time?

If you work that day, you are getting a mandatory 30m paid break with all you can eat for free, if you worked more than 8 hours you get 2 breaks. (I get 2 bowls with 2x the chicken). If anyone wants to know my go to for highest calorie/protein meal feel free to ask.

If you didn't work that day, and you are stopping by then you get an Auto 50% off anything you want. that includes Meals, chips and guac and beers. I would take 10 of my friends over during the school year almost having it completely free.

ALSO, when once a year you get a free 10-20 person catering order that comes with anything.

I'll start us off, During my week of training I was taking my break while my manager took over cash. There was a bit of a line, but he said he could handle it. These 4 retards walk in obviously high or drug, and wait in line right next to us. All chipotle's have framed pictures of scenic stuff with the glass and picture 2-3 inches apart from each other.

The beta of the group, trying to impress his "friends" dares himself to punch the wall (Not the picture). His friends say whatever and turn their backs towards him. I see his eyes light up, as he sees mine worry.

In a swift movement he jars his whole hand into the picture frame, blood oozing from his hands while the rest of the store looks at him. He is shock holding his hand in place for around 30 seconds. Manager calls the cops and an ambulance. his friends left him with the only car they used. Manager drags him off to the side and he bolts when he hears sirens. Never know what happened to him...

If it's around 9 months to a year it can go up to 90%

They also help with housing/food costs. It's a good gig out of High School.

We get our chicken without any spices, so we make it in stores. We mix the chicken with a seasoning called Adobo and put it in the fridge for 1 day (if it's 2 days it becomes really spicy).

1 ounce dried chipotle chile pepper
1 ounce dried ancho chile pepper
1/2 cup water
1/2 red onion, cut into small chunks
4 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs

You can get rid of a lot of stuff on this list, but the most important parts are Ancho Pepper Powder, Chipotle Chile Powder, and making sure you marinate it for 10-12 to get juicy chicken.

2 large green pepper, stemmed, cored, and sliced
2 medium red onions, sliced
1/2 Tablespoons fresh oregano, finely chopped (1/2 teaspoons dried oregano works too.)
1/2 teaspoon salt

Use a skillet until nice and crisp.

1 teaspoon vegetable oil or 1 teaspoon butter
2 teaspoons fresh cilantro
2⁄3 cup white basmati rice
1 cup water
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1 lime

In a 2-quart heavy saucepan, heat oil or butter over low heat, stirring occasionally until melted.
Add rice and lime juice, stir for 1 minute.
Add water and salt, bring to a full rolling boil.(Some people have had success with 1 cup of water, but when I've made it with 2 it worked for me).
At boiling, cover, turn down to simmer over low heat until rice is tender and the water is absorbed, about 25 minutes.
Add in the cilantro and fluff rice with a fork.
