How many hours does Veeky Forums spend at the gym?

I've already hit three and came home exhausted.

I'm keeping gains and my vascularity is getting intense. Supplements and strict dieting are key with this though.

always 'tweak' something in the routine (callisthenics e.g) every 4/6 weeks, log/track progress, rest times between sets etc.

add cardio into every session. usually row up to 3km to 7km and x-train for up to 3km. can split the cardio distance ratio to suit to kill boredom

About 30 minutes weight lifting 3 times a week and about 30 minutes hiit/intense cardio/yoga on my off days.

Lifting days: 1.5-1.75 hours three days per week.

Cardio days: 20-30 minutes of mobility and physio shit in the gym then 15ish minutes HIIT sprints and burpees in the park. One day a week I'll do a longer run or bike for an 30-1 hour.

I always stretch off as fast as I can and GTFO because I hate wasting time and more importantly I try to eat a big meal within 30 minutes of finishing whatever training I'm doing. I used to be doing like 2+ hours on lifting days but I cut out a lot of assistance stuff that I found was redundant after a year spent learning about the basics of lifiting.

2/3 hours 3-4 times a week, but I train with a friend who has fuckarounditis. If it was just me I could hit everything 2 hours 3 times a week.

Usually use abhout 1hour 30min.
