I can't figure out what the deal is with your stomach. If you diddly and squat often your core should look a little more filled out than that. Otherwise everything else looks decent man, I'd maintain and lift heavy to try and fill out some.

I've always followed a back routine consisting of 2 vertical pulling movements to hit lats and 2 horiztonal pulling movements to hit rhomboids (4 sets of 8-12reps each movement).

Usual back day is something like:

4 sets weightup pullups (vary grip every few workouts)
4 sets wide grip lat pulldowns
4 sets V-bar horizontal rows
4 sets straight bar horizontal rows

The overall key is just balancing the workload half and half between lat-centric and rhomboid-centric work. Otherwise you get width but not thickness or vice versa. Pic is back from 1 year ago. Lost tan, added muscle, mixed feels.
