Who else here found that weightlifting was basically a panacea for many of their issues?
I used to be totally sedentary and if I did anything that involved losts of lifting and moving heavy things I would get bad back spasms in my thoracic spine. I also found that I would get random aches and becaude I wasn't exercising injuries would nag for a long time. Mentally I was extremely stressed and now that is improving a lot.
I wanted to fuck traps even before but now I might actually be able to meet up with a qt.

I think literally everyone here knows this. It helps me with confidence, alertness, being clear-headed, and improving my overall quality of life. To be effective and proficient within any aspect of your life, you have to start from the ground up with ground zero being your physical health. Literally everything else in your life is reflected upon how much physical effort you put into being fit. After building a strong foundation (your physique), you can effectively do anything else or improve other parts of you such as mental health.

same here. sitting long hours doesn't bother my back anymore, I never get the flu, I don't get headaches due to forward neck and that's only the physical side.
