I mean I lift for 1 year and I still only squat 50Kg

Kinda the same problem.

Been lifting for 4 months and can't seem to progress my squat. Just squat. Diddy, BP and OHP are fine.

My stats:

BP 30kg 5x5
OHP 30kg 5x5
Diddy 90kg 5x5
Squat 60kg 3x5

2 months in and I've already hit a plateau.

Wenn du nach 1 Jahr ernsthaft nicht über 50kg squatten kannst würde mich ohne Spaß einfach umbringen, das ist doch kein lebenswertes Leben.

Alternativ einfach mehr essen du Lauch

Youre probably too scared of adding a little bit of fat because you want your DYEL abs to keep showing. Thats why

Iss mehr und trainiere härter. Tracke dein Essen und seh zu das du in die Massephase kommst du jämmerlicher Lappen.

Been lifting for 9 months starting as total dyel. First 6 months was at home a dumbbell set, only starting lifting at the gym and eating properly 3 months ago. In those three months:

Squat 20kg --> 55kg 3x10
BP 20kg --> 40kg 3x10
DL at 80kg 3x10
My weight: 63kg --> 71kg

Still a dyel but not the biggest (smallest?) one at the gym anymore. Improving a little bit every session. Feels good.
