Pec major and Pec minor are two different muscles not one piece like the rectus abdominals but some guys just have feminine looking insertions

I'm personally not a fan of big chests in general definitely an overrated muscle group

Yes. Just follow your diet, listen to your body, and follow a good work out regiment religiously. If you do these things, it's easy to make gains like this in the beginning (I say beginning, but it's really like the first year or so).

By the looks of his obliques or lats he did minimal back work and his traps look weak so his DL is weak too. Minimal shoulder workout too.

He looks like he only did arms and bench and did a cut at the end.

I think he needs to work on upper pecs for sure. Way too much decline work.
