Why can't we ever have nice food threads?

Post recipes, pics of what you ate today. Pics of what you prepping for the week etc.

Disgusting.

from the Veeky Forums recipe memes, pic related is one of the only decent recipes.

>tfw fall for retarded protein powder mug cake recipe
>tfw fall for cottage cheese pancakes
>they all look amazing then taste like shit

>soy sauce
It was decentish until this, enjoy some liquid estrogen!

Chicken Shawarma Plate

>Chicken
>Rice
>Potatoes
>Veggies
>Garlic & Hot Sauce

$13

anything in one of those fucking plastic boxes just looks like greasy shit, no matter what it is. It's like magic.

About to go into the oven

Lamb Kebab plate
>same price
>healthier
>tastes like Allah kissed it 7 times

$13 is too high. But still, great choice.

I branched out from my normal chicken prep of just garlic powder and salt and pepper this week.

>344 calories
>30.5g protein
>38.1g carbs
>7.6g fat

>Garlic & Hot Sauce
wtf? I can clearly see 3 different sauces, don't lie to yourself

Baked potatoes?
Any meat under the vegetables?
Would eat

Clearly some sort of Tsadziki on there. Not gonna make it

What's wrong with tzatziki now?

Cooked the chicken earlier. 3 kinds:
Greek seasoning and lemon zest
Garlic
Some spicy Ethiopian powder I found.

WHY IS THERE NO SEASONING REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Fuck, Veeky Forums really can't cook.

I wish I could get the "oven thing" .
You just put everything on a plate, some meat some veggies, and that comes delicious.
but i'm too scared of missing the temperature/time of cooking.

>tfw I have a beloved relative that could learn me healthy & yummy meals but i'm too much of an autist to ask

13 fucking dollars for a kebab or shawarma? Jesus fucking christ even here in the netherlands it's not more than 5euros at most

The "fit" recipes are decent but seriously lack spices and originality.

Everything is pretty much always in this window: 375-450 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-30 min.

The only time it may need longer is if it's a thick piece of chicken, roast, or baked potato.

After

Ranch dressing

posted on pictaram.com 4/13/2016. Fuck you fraud

This is why we can't have a food thread.

...

>Alienware
>Poverty

pick one faggot

Italian Dressing on the veg

My parents bought me that when I was living at home

FUUUUAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRK
Veeky Forums's culinary skill is depressing, it's like those documentaries they do on starving Africans with sad music in the background.

Like, someone could legitimately screencap this thread, play a sad violin over it, and post it on youtube.

We need a recipe general for you fucks.

>Have friend
>Doesn't have car
>Gets GF preggo
>Buys $3000 on credit plan instead of buying car

Alienware is always a wise investment.

Thanks m8
That's because red peppers are ripened green peppers !
i used paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder on the carrot sticks and potatoes and tossed it all together with about 1.5 tbsp of olive oil.
Chicken boobs seasoned with minced garlic & onions, celery, cayenne pepper & bbq sauce (don't judge me I'm trying to wean myself off it.)
