I always eat my pork rinds (bbq flavor is the best) with salsa or queso.

Fried cheese:

Why would you eat pork rinds? The protein in them is pretty much the worst protein you could possibly consume.

I find it fairly easy to hit my macros for protons and fiber, but pork rinds help me get the fat I need.

I've lost 100lbs eating pork rinds almost every day, so it works pretty well
