she's 5x hotter than any girl you'll ever, EVER get your dick in. I wouldn't worry about it.
Time lifting: about a year
Starting stats: 45lb with everything except deadlift which was 95lb (and these were a struggle)

Below are my rep weights
Squat- Bar, 210
Deadlift- 65, 235
Bench- bar, 130
Ohp- bar, stall at 100, push press now 115
Row- 65, 135
I'm still on a linear progression adding weight every day.
How the hell are y'all so heavy with squats?
3 months consistant, about 3 months very on and off.
Squat: Bar, 135
Deadlift 165, 255
Bench: 65, 165
OHP: Still kinda learning form, Bar, 95
Row: Bar, 105
About 8 years on and off.
Starting: Bench :135,Squat:175 DL:255 I didn't OHP when I started
Now: started lifting again a few weeks ago after a year break
I don't train bench anymore, squat:295x5, DL 315x3 OHP 155x5
I'm sure my 1 rep maxes are close to 80% of what I used to do, but I'm more focused on getting readjusted to these motor patterns before I start casually focusing on oly lifting again.
8 months off and on, used to be in the army so I don't think it counts for much
Bench 185x5, Squat 225x5, Ohp 115x5, 225x5 DL
Bench 245x5, Squat 335x1, Ohp 165x3, 475x1
Why so low on ohp? All my lifts are a bit heavier, but I ohp 35 lbs on you. Pics of delts/lats?

Learned how to oly for 3 weeks, hit 70kg snatch 77kg C&J in meet.
Your bench is way behind just looking at your overhead press. Hit chest more, your shoulders are already strong unless you're doing push press

The bar weighs 45 lbs.
Ikr, they gotta be lying. Almost 400lb squats? Get the fuck out of here, they probably use the smith machine.
Time: 8 months, 4 bulking and 4 cutting. Gains have slowed down immensely since I started cutting, kind of wish I started off cutting to Skelly mode before bulking.

Weight 190 5'8. Guessing my starting stuff roughly
Start

Current Bench 335x1, Squat 405x1, Dead 435
I hurt my groin and back this year so Squat and dead have been slow going they should be way higher. I don't OHP much if I do its only for reps of 105-155 it is a waste of time.
I don't know how much I could lift at first, I never did any rep max testing, I started with 95x5 for deadlift and squat and 45x5 for bench and ohp. First time I stalled and couldn't get 3x5 3 times in a row, was around 150 for bench, 240 for squat, 85 for ohp and 210 for deadlift.
Time lifting: 1.3 years
Starting stats: maybe 20kg ohp, 12kg dumbbell bench, 50kg squats & deadlifts
Current stats: OHP 60kg Bench 105kg Squat 160kg Dead 155kg
Time lifting: 20 months lifting
Starting stats: 40kg ohp 60kg bench, 100 kg front sqaut, 120 kg deadlift
Current Stats: 80kg ohp 140kg bench, 205 front sqaut, 290kg deadlift
All at 6ft and 80-83kg
My sedentary tdee is apparently 1900 - 2000 according to most of those online calculators so I typically eat 1500 cals a day.
Not bad
what's your height and weight? i dont think your tdee should be that low. if you are somewhat active and lift you should be like 2300-2500 something.
also dont cut that much. do a small defecit and burn more with cardio so that you can make a bit more muscle.
18 months*
5'7" and currently 160, aiming for 150 or 140, whichever is sub 15% bf for me.
Yeah I was thinking the same, I walk at my job quite a bit, lift 4 days of the week and I do cardio 2 - 3 days a week. Might just raise my calorie intake to 1800 a day but I'm just getting impatient with having a gut and love handles.
wtf, im almost 2 months in and cant even bench 2pl8.. should I just off myself or smth
People e-stat hard. Oh I hit 265 once on bench 6 months ago? I'll go ahead and put down 285...for reps.
>all these people who started lifting since the advent of nu-Veeky Forums
1,5 years lifting
starting 1RM: bench 50kg squat 70kg deadlift 60kg
current 1RM bench 107kg squat 130kg deadlift 200kg
also lifting cured my autism
Nope, just stalled my progress for a while with a lack of nutrition. But pound for pound, I've met very few people stronger than me. Finally started gaining a whole lot more weight starting one month ago, when I just started eating two more meals a day.
Time lifting: A bit over a year. Started in February last year.
Starting stats: Squat 30kg, DL 50kg, Bench 30kg, OHP... something like 10kg/hand, row 20kg
Current stats: Squat 80kg, DL 110kg, Bench 60kg, OHP, barbell, 40kg, row 60kg.
These are all x5. I know, nothing fancy but over a year ago I was a 176cm/105+kg fatass who had been pretty fucking sedentary for the past 2 years. I spent the entire year losing weight and dropped around 25kg. Now I got tired of trying to push my weight even further down and instead decided to carefully up my caloric intake and start actually building muscle until summer next year. Then I can drop the rest of the excess, since losing (and gaining a bit before that) weight is no longer the boogeyman it used to be.
