Don't even bro, cardio probably better at that point. Just do a 5k, and really focus on letting go of your breath and relaxing your breathing. Just go at a pace you could run for an hour. Cardio is really good for working on your breathing to help you relax if you're having trouble sleeping.

by shutting off electronics and giving yourself at least 2 hours to fall asleep

There's just too much to do, to much to think, feel, know and talk. 24 hours are simply not fucking enough. Either I sleep alot and feel like I'm missing stuff or I sleep too little and can't fully enjoy life because of tiredness.
