PULL UP DAY QUESTION

I hurt my shoulder recently doing pullups
I've always kept my shoulders packed but on the way down my front delt always fired, and i figured it was just my arms stabilizing themselves
But now I haven't worked out in a month and it still hurts a lot, especially if i try pullups
What do and any idea what cuased it?

Just do a ppl or brosplit routine. Your routine is shit in general.

Nevermind. Just add it to Monday. You basically have a brosplit minus back now that I'm looking at it.

I would still recommend doing a proper ppl routine or also adding rows on to your back.

you can do pullups, pushups and dips virtually every day unless you use very high weights. then i'd take at least 1 day break between them. treat them as accessory and do them after your main lifts if you do compounds otherwise it doesn't really matter

I do pull ups and ab work before every workout. I feel like planks, crunches, leg raises, and pull ups are great for warm ups.
