As long as your macros work and you watch the sugar who gives a fuck? "Clean bulking" is a fucking meme so long as you are hitting your protein, fat, and carb goals without going over on calories it literally doesn't matter. Avoid overly processed stuff and sugar when you can and all is good.

I also get sick on McDonald's. There is something very wrong with the food or the way it's prepared.
The answer is not to build up a tolerance or immunity, the answer is to find out what the fuck is wrong with the food.
It could be the high levels of salt and fat. People can stomachs very sensitive to them if they generally eat a low salt low fat diet
Also McDonald's can smells awful. Worst thing is going into a 24hr McDonald's in the morning. That bang of big Mac sauce makes my stomach turn
