What do you guys think about MikeT's RTS style Sheiko program?

I've been running RTS programming for a while now, predominantly DUP for the past 36 weeks and would like a change of pace, so to speak.

would it be smarter to try and let it heal and only miss one or two lower body sessions and then just pick it up from there or should i just start like smolov jr for bench and not worry about lower body compounds for now

Anyway. I typically consider myself to be reasonably well spoken and polite, but on competition day, something comes over me. Maybe it's the nerves, maybe it's the caffeine, or maybe a bit of both, but on competition day I shit talk like there is no tomorrow. It's like word vomit, I just can't stop it.

If you're in my weight class, you're a target. I'll talk about you, your mum, your sister, your girlfriend. If I follow you on Instagram, I'll drag up things that happened in your training weeks ago, and after your attempt, I'll tell you that you barely made depth and need to squat deeper or you'll be red lighted on your next attempt. I'll lie about my opener and then adjust it at the last minute so that your preparation time changes without much notice. Even your handler is not immune - if your handler fucks up I'll make fun of them too.

Once or twice, I've gained kilos by making someone fuck up, but usually, it's just shit talk for shit talk's sake.

I had a new handler at my last meet, and I'm pretty sure she had never seen this side of me before - she made a note on my handling sheet that I had a serious problem with talking smack.
