Started noticing my muscles when I was like 15 and became obsessed

Started working out 3 times a day in my bedroom when I was 15, started lifting weights in the gym when I was 19

When I was 16 and been doing curls, push ups and sit ups for year in my room

Should have added height. Not because of meme reasons, but rather because there is no way to tell otherwise was weight loss/gain a positive or negative.

1 year. That was when I got my first mire. My parents told me for a while that I was getting bigger but they don't count because they're programmed to talk you up and make you feel great even when you're a pile of shit.

Sorry, I have none.

There's a video about it on youtube, two French twins working out, I think that took about 3 years

Current age: 25
Started lifting at: 20 years old

Starting weight 180 (dropped to low of 170)
Current weight 198 (down from high of 207)

Decided to start lifting to compensate for massive gyno-based insecurity and social awkwardness

Lifted consistently for more than three years. In my 4th year, I got gyno surgery, stopped going for one month during recovery, and never really bounced back because my greatest physical insecurity was gone. I began again 3 months ago because my younger friend wanted me to train him. Side note: Said gym buddy is the only pupil I've ever had that lasted longer in the gym than 2 weeks - and this is coming from a guy that used to train kids that were literally ORDERED to show up by our military leadership. Pretty proud of the guy.

Losing weight and being healthier. Actually being able to do things and not feel self conscious
>how long lifting
About 10 months now
>how long until people started noticing gains
They noticed my weight lost first and foremost. I was a fatty most of my life. Not a super fatty, but enough that my clothes stretched. Biggest was 202, so losing ~50lbs turner some heads. Only been bulking about a month, while the rest of my 9 months were weight loss, so my gains don't stick out as much yet. They're going much better now that I'm bulking though.
