Are these protein bars i made alright?

So I calculated the stats and each protein bar i made ( Using hemp protein, flax, peanut butter, almonds, creatine ). has around...
173calories
13g protein
7.6g fiber
Are these good stats? I probobly shoulve gone lighter on the peanut butter but i needed a sticky substance and it was either that or maple syrup. The taste of the bars is okay, not bad, and somewhat good.

Send me some and i'll tell ya

Looks nice, but I would go for higher protein content, so that you get more protein per kcal.

But then again, it really depends how you intend to consume this. A good post/pre workout snack nevertheless.

Im thinking of mixing it together with egg whites instead of water next time, how would that affect the shelf life though if refrigerated.

Sounds bretty gud

What I do to make bars is use blended dates, just blend the dates and all your other shit together and form into a giant patty, refrigerate it then cut it into bars

the safest bet would be to freeze them, but that might negatively affect some nutritions

Put whey powder in them

>dates
>not mentioning sugar macros
Never gonna make it

>he fell for the low carb meme
It makes a GOAT energy bar, especially for pre-workout

A pic of them in refrigerator.
Next time ill prob use more powder and add oats and dried fruit and maybe a different type of nut.
Im trying to get rid of acne and people say whey is bad for it. Also hemp protein has a ton of fiber and little calories which is good for my cut

They literally and unironically look like shit

They look like shit loool

Veeky Forums canĀ“t cook

I know. That's why i tend to not to eat them in public lol

>(((Sugar)))

>Implying i cooked anything at all and didint put all the ingridents in a bowl, poured water over it, stuck it together, then shaped the blob into bar size and stuck them into the refrigerator

>negatively affect some nutrition
Explain. Do you mean like denature the protein?

Dates =/= sugar, they're actually healthy for you

>creatine

date sugar, or pulverized dates are the most nutritious sweetener, by passing honey and molasses. that being said the only artificial sweeteners that don't do anything good but don't harm you are stevia, monk fruit, and erithitol.

I don't understand how people have trouble eating protein. I can understand cutting being hard, but eating isn't. Just cook like 50 mushrooms and eat them. Mushrooms are animals so they have lots of protein.
