Cholesterol/fat is all in the yoke, the egg white is pure protein. If your having more than 2 eggs only add egg whites after the initial 2 and not the yokes

I eat tons of eggs everyday, my dad and brother too because we used lived in the farm and it became our staple. My dad is 60 and still healthy while Im 27 and still looks good so far.

My take on this is, if you're fairly active then it wont do jack shit. But Im on Veeky Forums so 99% isnt active
