When I first got into a more fit lifestyle I was running every single morning and doing calisthenics every other evening, and eating on far too big of a deficit and my libido took a huge dive, no more morning erections etc. I keep it much more moderate now and my sex drive is through the roof, and my dick gets as hard as it's ever been. Are you pushing yourself too hard in the gym or eating too little?

I've been borderline low test so long that I'm scared of getting a healthy libido again.

I went to an urologist once and my test levels were 11 ng/dl, the doctor said that was low. But he didn't do shit about it. Said something about "maybe my androgen receptors were more responsive", is that all doctors have to do know? Speculate and don't do anything about it?

Also, will going on trt make resistant to stress and high cortisol levels?
