all you can do is keep your bodyfat in check and do plenty squats, ab work and hip thrusts, as well as other exercises to keep the whole body nice. outside of that, you really are stuck with what you're given. no amount of exercise, dieting or drugs will change your frame/figure, which is why its such a great tool to piss people off with via chadposting.

First you need to find out where she lives

That doesn't really look like a body that does a lot of compound lifting. Maybe the squats, but that mostly looks like yoga running a few times a week and not eating like a trash panda.

As : Read the sticky.
As : Do a lot of squats. If you aren't active start with no weights, and then you can go to the gym to squat on a Smith Machine, one day do back-squats with weights, and the next time you go to the gym do Zelcher Squats with weights.
As : Probably one of the best posts. Eat better. Sleep well. Drink water. Cut out soda and fast food. Exercise at least 3x week. (The change will take a while. Don't rush it.)
As : Stop lionizing the figures of others, and try to get the best figure that is yours.
As: Lift heavy. If you want a figure like that, you have to earn it. So start small, work-up slowly till you find a weigh that is a bit too much - then fucking do it.

If you want to do anything to get that body, get rid of the unhealthy aspects of your life. Also, reducing stress will help your body enter peak fitness. If that means new friends, no alcohol, and sleeping 8 hours a day (get rid of your Netflix), then do it.

Needs more muscle to be 'perfect'.

If you have a choice between the stairs and the elevator, choose the stairs.; a stairs and a escalator, choose the stairs; a 5 minute drive or a 30 minute walk, choose the walk; a choice between coffee or tea, choose tea; smoking pot or not, choose not.
Just keeping picking the more active, more healthy option.

First things first try and lose a lot of weight. To do that..
1.) Measure your TDEE
2.) Get FatSecret (it's a free app) on your phone
3.) Consume your TDEE - 500 in calories everyday
3.) Get 1.5g per body weight of protein everyday (buy Whey Protein - it's pretty cheap)

While you're doing that, try sticking to a program or just do compound exercises (OHP, bench, squat, and deadlift). A default program is SS.

Use chronometer or something like it. Eat fewer calories than you bmr and get most of those calories from vegetables and proteins. Lift. That's it.

Oh yeah, and don't forget to do cardio.

Thick. I can tell you have nice face under all that fat. Workout and stick to the diet. It's better than dieting alone. Do some beginners strength routine.

Count calories
Do leg day (focus on squats, but do failure steps and leg machines as well)
Do rows, with barbell and dumbbell.
