Not really, but I eat only few meals a day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, dinner being the heaviest. Plus, I'm 6'5 @ 218lbs.

Carbs is fruits probably. Potato and oats is okay too.

Protein is probably beans. High fiber content keeps you full insanely healthy all the good shit. Animal protein is inferior for a lot of reasons.

Fat FLAX SEEDS!!! And walnuts are pretty good too. 3tablespoons of flax seeds and some walnuts will benefit you a shit ton. Dont fall for the meat industry memes
