Sometimes I think I'm goimg crazy, an exercise bike for more than 40 minutes is enough to drive anyone crazy, specially here, where it's 38ÂșC every evening.

I'm aware of my TDEE dropping as I lose weight and I'm planning for it by increasing the amount of exercise I do, and subsequently decreasing my intake slowly.

why does mfp only let you not count exercise for your daily caloric totals if you buy premium

I've been messing around with a protein pancake/waffle that I can eat for breakfast/take to work.

1 Cup Cottage Cheese 2%
1/2 Rolled Oats
3 Eggs
1 Scoop Whey
2 Tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter
Cinnamon for taste

Makes two large waffles that together = 29g fat, 50g carbs, 80g protein, ~800 calories
